The fifth element is the one thing no one else in our space offers.  For every client who opts in, Prequate spends an additional 10% of the project estimate - free of charge - to build them their own COMPASS giving framework.

We design the trigger table, size the rates to their operating volume, introduce our partners with a countable outcome per rupee, and set up the monthly reporting architecture. The client pays nothing. The 10% comes fully from us.

The intent is to break the organisational inertia that prevents firms from building giving into how they work.  Most organizations have the intention.  None have the system.  We give them one - because we already built it for ourselves.

   At project kickoff, the client is offered an opt-in. No pressure, no obligation.

   If they opt in, we deliver a complete COMPASS framework alongside the main engagement.

   We can also connect them to a Chief Accountability Officer to govern it, if they want one.

   We never publicize client participation or them wanting not to use our assistance.

   The framework belongs entirely to the client. We are only an enabler and not the executor.

Giving that requires a decision to be made each time is always competing with every other priority in that moment.  The commitment device, formalized by economist Thomas Schelling and extended by decades of behavioral research, works by removing the future decision.  The commitment is made once.  The giving happens because the system makes it happen - not dependent on someone remembering to care.
